We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Grant Analyst in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role is significant in the Education Management industry where you will be in charge of managing various aspects of the grants process. Your responsibilities will be centered around proposal submission, post-award management, and administration, as well as ensuring compliance with Federal guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately understanding and applying grant guidelines and allowable expenses.
- Creating or assisting in the creation of grant narratives and budgets.
- Ensuring all grant proposals align with the company's priorities.
- Submitting grants in accordance with specific guidelines.
- Collaborating with grant accountants to complete monthly account reconciliation.
- Implementing quarterly review meetings for all grants.
- Monitoring the implementation of all Federal Grants to ensure compliance with Federal guidelines.
- Writing Requests for Proposals as needed, in compliance with Procurement Policies.
- Proficient in Accounting Functions, with the ability to manage and oversee financial records.
- Experience in Auditing, including the ability to evaluate financial operations to ensure compliance with standards.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes, including the ability to plan, create, and manage financial budgets.
- Knowledge of Cash Activity, with the ability to handle and track cash transactions effectively.
