Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve creating visually engaging and accessible designs for educational materials, with a focus on user-friendly and inclusive content. The position is fully remote and requires a commitment of 5-10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

-Must have experience with Articulate Storyline platform

Design visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and other tools.

Develop accessible and user-friendly course materials tailored to educational and library-focused audiences.

Collaborate with team members to ensure designs align with project goals and deadlines.

Utilize instructional design principles to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and designs.

Apply creative problem-solving to produce innovative solutions for design challenges.

Adapt designs to meet accessibility standards, ensuring usability for all audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on detail-oriented work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and other related tools.

Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience with tools like Articulate Storyline.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and creating content for diverse audiences.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
