Your responsibilities in this role
- Create high-quality images that will contribute to a wide variety of marketing projects, which may include brochures, catalogs, presentations, direct mail, corporate identity, packaging, and web/mobile sites
- Command strong design knowledge and proficiency in various software applications
- Organize the layout, format, and design of materials. Typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements may be integrated into designs
Requirements
- Graphic design experience
- BFA is a plus
- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
- Knowledge of design software applications and tools
- Design process experience preferred
- General familiarity with childrens book illustration
- Strong familiarity with Adobe InDesign
- Well-founded grasp of graphic design
- Comprehensive knowledge of Early childhood education
- Brand design experience required
- Proven knowledge of promotional design
- Page Layout Design experience highly desired
- Good knowledge of brand communication and digital marketing
