This role is within the tech industry, where you will be actively involved in providing support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Setting up audio-visual equipment in auditoriums and classrooms• Managing assets which include collecting, assigning, and distributing laptops/devices• Familiarizing with and utilizing Google Workspace• Providing support during on-campus events• Handling common tickets such as wifi connectivity issues, minor hardware repairs, and troubleshooting project issues• Assisting in the refresh of MacBook devices• Participating in MDM training and implementation• Carrying out light hardware repairs• Moving and handling equipment such as boxes, projectors, and laptops.
