We are working with our Davenport client on helping them find a contract to hire Help Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be providing support for various department initiatives, demonstrating consistent commitment to our mission, and applying problem-solving skills to department needs.
Responsibilities:
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support department needs while upholding our standards
• Consistently support our mission, ensuring open and timely communication with the department leadership team and colleagues
• Identify and develop process improvement opportunities, protecting the department from risk and enhancing efficiency
• Remotely supporting other locations
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, operating within local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate respectfully with internal departments and peers to achieve our goals
• Escalate communication to appropriate stakeholders regarding compliance issues or concerns, product safety, and client satisfaction
• Handle additional duties as assigned
• Deliver customer service and troubleshoot basic network and hardware issues
• Manage service desk tickets through the ticketing system
• 2 years relevant experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of basic troubleshooting methodologies and their application
• Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting, including understanding of network protocols and the OSI model
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Experience with service desk ticket systems for logging and tracking issues
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new ticketing systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist users effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and IT best practices
