As part of our team, the Help Desk Analyst will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our team members, managing local IT vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our AV conferencing and sound systems.Responsibilities:• Handle technical support for our team members, including software and hardware issues.• Participate in IT projects that impact both local and global teams.• Oversee the operation of AV conferencing and sound systems to ensure smooth operations.• Manage local IT vendors to provide necessary support for the office.• Maintain the physical security access systems to our office.• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding team members.• Use Android development, Cisco technologies, and Citrix technologies to provide technical support.• Manage and maintain Apple devices and Mac computers.• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory for user and access management.• Handle computer hardware issues and configuration management.• Manage deployments using JIRA and Jamf Pro.
