As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be focused on providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting basic computer issues for internal staff. Responsibilities• Deliver top-notch customer service to internal staff, ensuring their computer-related issues are resolved in a timely manner• Utilize Office 365 and other in-house software to assist in troubleshooting efforts• Provide Desktop Support, addressing and resolving any technical issues encountered by the staff• Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer queries and concerns• Ensure all customer interactions and issues are accurately logged and recorded• Regularly monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction• Efficiently process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
