We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Toledo, Ohio. This role requires a candidate who can provide IT support and handle infrastructure projects within a customer service focused environment. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be essential in problem-solving and maintaining the efficiency of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently
• Manage and troubleshoot SCCM packages, and make necessary changes
• Utilize Intune for building new packages
• Proactively learn and develop skills on the job to enhance your performance
• Work on ad-hoc IT infrastructure projects as required
• Maintain a customer service oriented approach when dealing with users
• Utilize Break Fix, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, MS Windows 10, Windows 11, O 365, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Teams in daily tasks
• Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services
• Plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst
• Demonstrated proficiency in Break Fix
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM is necessary
• Knowledge and experience in working with Intune
• MS Windows 10 skills are required
• Familiarity with Windows 11 is a plus
• Proficiency in O 365 is necessary
• Must have experience in Active Directory
• VMware skills are required
• Experience with Hyper-V is necessary
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
