In this role, you will be tasked with providing deskside support and implementing backup technologies. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide immediate deskside support to users and resolve any technical issues.• Implement and manage backup technologies to ensure data security.• Monitor and maintain proper functioning of the IT systems.• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.• Process and manage customer applications and maintain accurate records.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
