Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician (Senior Level) to provide dedicated support for mobile devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, as well as assisting customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for iPhones, iPads, peripherals, and software.
- Diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
- Manage Microsoft Intune device enrollments and support mobile device management (MDM).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Assist users with device configurations, applications, and cloud storage solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune device enrollments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
