As a Help Desk Analyst I, you'll be tasked with delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.**onsite 5 days a week**Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound support requests via calls, emails, and tickets.• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.• Document user issues and track their resolution using the help desk ticketing system.• Collaborate with Level Two Support or other relevant teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.• Assist users with the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and their solutions.• Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices to provide effective user support.• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the asset inventory.• Offer training and support to users on various software applications and tools.• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance user satisfaction.
