We are seeking a highly organized and responsible HR Administrative Assistant to join a local healthcare company. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including administrative duties, front desk operations, financial management utilizing Quicken, and handling health insurance claims.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Manage and maintain administrative systems, ensuring effective and smooth operations.
- Handle financial data entry and reporting tasks using Quicken software.
- Investigate health insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Contact relevant parties to clarify bills, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using Quicken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
