If you excel in human resources, enjoy streamlining processes, and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities HR Administrative SupportOversee and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Manage HR systems, including data entry, updates, and reporting related to employee information.Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, setting up equipment, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new hires.Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and retrieving company assets.Recruitment and Hiring SupportProvide administrative assistance during the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating all necessary logistics.Act as a point of contact between candidates and the hiring team to ensure a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to monitor candidate pipelines and create timely updates to hiring managers.Employee Relations and EngagementRespond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures in a timely and professional manner.Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and events to enhance company culture.Maintain open lines of communication across all levels of the company to foster a collaborative environment.Benefits and Payroll AssistanceAssist employees with enrollment and troubleshooting of benefit programs.Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate time tracking and resolving any discrepancies.Track employee leaves, attendance, and PTO balances as needed.Compliance and Policy MaintenanceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Support the creation and updating of company policies and employee handbooks.Help implement and reinforce HR policies across the organization.Project and Process StrengtheningAssist with special projects, including researching and implementing HR software tools and best practices.Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
