Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations, providing guidance and advice on a wide range of HR issues
- Use ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce for various HR-related tasks
- Conduct onboarding sessions for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain open lines of communication with all levels of staff, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Monitor HR processes and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage FMLA and other employee benefits, ensuring they are administered correctly
