We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. As an HR Generalist, you will have a crucial role in managing HR operations across various functions. This role involves assisting in the implementation and updates of Workday, coordinating recruiting efforts, preparing offer letters, verifying I-9 documentation, and managing HR-related invoices. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities:• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring efficient transitions• Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, from job postings to candidate communication• Assist with the implementation and regular updates of the Workday system• Maintain and manage accurate employee records ensuring data integrity in HR systems• Support HR operations across multiple functions on a daily basis• Prepare and dispatch offer letters to selected candidates in a timely manner• Verify I-9 documentation to comply with employment eligibility requirements• Handle employee change requests including promotions, transfers, and terminations• Review and process HR-related invoices accurately and promptly
