We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR Generalist based in North Hollywood, California. As a HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing various HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.Responsibilities:• Manage employee relation issues, conduct investigations and provide resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements.• Administer performance management processes including performance evaluations, development plans, and corrective actions.• Ensure adherence with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain updated employee records as per company policies and legal requirements.• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.• Ensure accurate processing of semi-monthly or monthly payroll, complying with federal, state, and local laws.• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries.• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating and enforcing company policies and practices.• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support strategic goals and organizational growth.• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA.
