Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, overseeing leave of absence processes, handling benefits-related tasks, and managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Oversee the leave of absence process, including handling documentation and follow-ups• Respond to HR-related inquiries and address employee concerns in a detail oriented and prompt manner• Support benefits-related tasks and answer employee queries regarding healthcare, retirement plans, etc.• Manage recruitment for multiple openings, including resume screening, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating background checks• Submit job requisitions into the Applicant Tracking System iCIMS• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding• Pull reports from HR systems and provide proactive support when needed• Assist with conflict resolution in a detail oriented manner• Take appropriate action on monitoring customer accounts
