Job Description: Office Administrator
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and other marketing materials.
- 7 paid holidays per year.
- Negotiable accrued time off, typically 2-3 weeks per year.
- Annual merit reviews for performance evaluation and potential salary adjustments.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-5 years in administration, marketing, or a related role.

- Marketing & Social Media: Experience with social media management, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe), and email marketing.
- Proposal & Document Preparation: Strong writing, proofreading, and formatting skills for proposals and presentations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, professionalism, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or in a team.
