We are actively seeking an HR Generalist for our Richmond, Indiana operation. This role involves a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and support for HR projects. Responsibilities
- Assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment
- Handling recruitment processes, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires
- Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Participating in various HR projects, contributing to their successful implementation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Utilizing HR software such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and Kronos for various HR tasks
- Managing benefit functions and ensuring employees are informed about their benefits
- Utilizing communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management
- Managing ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) related tasks
- Overseeing FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) related matters, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Solid understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Proficiency in using Ceridian and Dayforce software
- Experience in managing Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Compliance regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle Employee Relations
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and procedures
- Experience with Kronos timekeeping system
