Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and documenting corrective actions.
• Oversee fringe benefits programs and contribute to initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the HR Assistant to address daily HR operations and support team needs.
• Administer and analyze exit interviews using tools like text surveys and SurveyMonkey, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Utilize HR systems to manage employee data.
• Prepare and interpret Excel reports using pivots and formulas to present data insights.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment regulations, maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Provide support for performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
• Adapt to a dynamic office environment, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for human resources.
• Proven experience in HR administration, including employee relations and compliance.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycor
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating and interpreting pivots and formulas.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA and other compliance standards.
