The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities:• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure their effective implementation.• Generate and analyze reporting metrics to inform HR strategies and decisions.• Regularly update and maintain the Employee Handbook in accordance with the latest policies and regulations.• Act as a point of contact for employees for any HR-related queries and issues.• Ensure all HR operations align with the current laws and regulations.• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable voicing concerns and contributing ideas.• Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
