This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.Facilitate the entire hiring process, including preparing offer letters and negotiating terms.Onboarding:Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.Ensure all necessary paperwork, compliance training, and orientation sessions are completed.Act as a liaison for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Benefits Enrollment & Administration:Manage the company’s benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and questions regarding benefits.Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and reporting requirements.Payroll Processing:Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and direct deposit information.Coordinate with finance to ensure proper payroll tax filings and compliance with wage laws.HR Compliance & Administration:Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Oversee employee performance evaluations and manage employee relations issues.Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.Office Management:Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
