We are in search of a temporary HR Specialist to join our team in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage data entry across multiple HRIS systems for an ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate data entry into 3 different HRIS systems for an ERP implementation.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycor, and Banner for various HR functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of new permanent staff information into the respective systems.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain and manage customer relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software
- Solid understanding and experience in regulatory compliance within HR
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR applications
- Familiarity with the Banner HR system
