Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for skilled Contract HRG / HRIS Systems Audit Specialist to work on a special project for client. This is a contract position for a period of 2-3 months and is 100% remote. This role involves managing a significant system migration.
The primary task will entail reviewing over 2500 files in both ADPWFN and Workday systems for accuracy in the auditing process. You must have experience with data migration from ADPWFN to Workday!
Responsibilities:
Transition of data from ADPWFN to Workday systems effectively and accurately.
Conduct a thorough review of files, including Payroll, Benefits, Offer letters, etc.
Implement complex audits to ensure the accuracy of migrated data.
Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and maintain a visible presence within the HR department.
Requirements:
Proven experience with both ADPWFN and Workday systems is REQUIRED.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR records including payroll, benefits, and offer letters, among others.
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized to manage a vast amount of data and files.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to represent the company well.
