We are in search of a competent HRIS Analyst to be a part of our team located in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The primary focus of this role is to ensure efficient processing and maintenance of human resources information systems. This role will be crucial in executing HRIS systems analysis, maintaining accurate reporting, and managing projects. The role involves working with HRIS software such as UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Keep up-to-date customer credit records• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions• Configure and report using UKG and other HRIS software• Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI for reporting• Troubleshoot complex problems and come up with innovative solutions• Lead UKG HRIS system implementation or upgrades and manage projects effectively• Work cross-functionally to meet deadlines and deliver results• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively• Build and maintain organizational hierarchies within UKG• Perform ad hoc reporting and auditing as required• Manage business process functions and benefit functions effectivelyThis position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
