Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the analysis of business processes, focusing on HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems and Kronos Timekeeping System.
- Interpret information from multiple sources to identify redundancies, lack of controls, and non-value-added tasks.
- Drive continuous improvement through participation in Kaizens, compliance, and process initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners and HRIS to implement process improvement solutions.
- Track improvement suggestions, lead project status meetings, and guide collaborators to desired results.
- Conduct benchmarking and research initiatives to optimize HR Shared Service operations.
- Utilize Payroll and Timekeeping Analytics, Reporting, and Integrations to drive operational improvements.
- Work on complex business process projects in HRIS platforms, with a preference for UKG Dimensions and Workday.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to encourage cross-functional collaboration to craft and implement solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience in HRIS reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge and working experience with HRIS Payroll System
- Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System
- Proficiency in utilizing UKG Ready and UKG Pro
- Competence in operating Workday HRIS
- Prior experience with Workday is a must
- Strong technical skills, particularly in data management and system integration
- Ability to manage and resolve HRIS related concerns and issues
- Excellent communication skills for effective HRIS training and support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for HRIS report generation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HRIS data with discretion
- Proven experience in managing HRIS projects and system implementations
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT teams for HRIS management and improvements
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
