We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will work under limited supervision and provide expert guidance across various functional areas of Human Resources Administration. This role requires a hands-on approach to deliver HR generalist or specialist services, strategic consultation, and actionable HR solutions while fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR generalist or specialist services effectively to meet organizational needs.
- Perform job analysis and classification studies to ensure accurate role alignment and compliance.
- Supervise team members and oversee the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a seamless and equitable hiring experience.
- Interpret HR policies, labor laws, and regulations, providing clarity and guidance to employees and managers.
- Recommend, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to improve organizational outcomes.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and professional growth opportunities.
- Actively participate in labor negotiations to foster positive employee-employer relations.
- Conduct workplace investigations and effectively resolve employee relations issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for complex HR issues, delivering strategic and actionable advice.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
