This role will ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal leave policies while also supporting the HR department in other generalist activities.Key Responsibilities:FMLA/LOA Administration:Administer FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and other leave-of-absence policies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Serve as the main point of contact for employees with leave-related questions or concerns.Manage documentation and communication across all stages of the leave process, including approvals, extensions, and returns.General HR Support:Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and onboarding.Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, ensuring appropriate action is taken per company policy.Partner with managers on employee development and training initiatives.Compliance & Reporting:Update and maintain records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations (e.g., EEO, FLSA).Create and analyze reports for HR metrics related to leave trends, employee engagement, and compliance.
