We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. As a key member of the company, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions while fostering a positive and flexible workplace culture. This position reports directly to the Controller and requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a one-person HR environment.Responsibilities:• Administer employee benefits programs, including 401K plans, ensuring compliance and effective communication.• Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, including screening, onboarding, and drug testing processes.• Organize and support employee appreciation events, quarterly town halls, and initiatives that reinforce company culture.• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.• Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing training as necessary.• Oversee annual performance reviews and compensation adjustments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting requirements to support organizational operations.• Partner with leadership to implement strategies promoting employee engagement and retention.
