We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support a company remotely. This person will support the HR team by working with vendors, tracking contract amendments and conducting audits to support compliance with background checks. Attention to detail is necessary for this role to succeed and someone who enjoys building relationships will excel as well.
Responsibilities:
• Handling of vendor audits and ensuring compliance
• Update CRM system and files with completed vendor audits
• Review completed questionnaires from vendors that they are in compliance with the company contract agreements
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Use Excel for daily reconciliations and other tasks requiring VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Communicate effectively through phone calls and emails to clients and customers

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Knowledge of the facilities maintenance service industry is a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft office suite
• Use of excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and graphs
• Ability to conduct Auditing tasks
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Relevant certifications in HR would be advantageous
