You will be instrumental in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, maintaining a culturally competent work environment, and aligning workforce practices with our organization's values.Responsibilities:• Designing and implementing organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.• Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and EDI to integrate inclusive practices across all departments.• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.• Overseeing employee relations and resolving any arising issues.• Managing all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.• Developing and implementing performance management systems.• Utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management.• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
