We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team based in Chandler, Arizona, 85286, United States. In this role, you will be expected to manage recruitment processes, ensure effective internal communications, and develop strategies to maintain employee morale. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs, supporting employee 'detail oriented' development, and ensuring adherence to all labor laws and employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process, including job description creation and candidate interviews
- Facilitate smooth integration of new employees through effective onboarding procedures
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and conflicts, with an aim to improve workplace satisfaction
- Establish open communication channels for receiving feedback from employees at all levels
- Implement strategies to maintain a positive work environment and high employee morale
- Identify and coordinate relevant training programs based on the organization's needs
- Support the 'detail oriented' development of employees, providing opportunities for skills growth and career advancement
- Administer performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus structures, and health insurance provisions
- Review compensation structures regularly to ensure competitiveness within the industry
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, payroll, and leave requests
- Oversee HR software systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Stay updated with employment law changes to mitigate risk of non-compliance
- Support management in the creation and execution of effective performance management systems
- Address performance issues and collaborate with employees to develop improvement plans
- Prepare and maintain documentation necessary for audits and legal requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources management role
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Hands-on experience with HCM (Human Capital Management)
- Capability to effectively manage Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding and enforcement of Compliance laws and regulations
- Proven expertise in maintaining positive Employee Relations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective Hiring Processes
