We are located in Ladson, South Carolina and operate within the manufacturing industry. The opportunity on offer is for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to manage and oversee various aspects of our human resources department, including but not limited to employee relations, hiring processes, and compliance with regulations.Responsibilities• Manage and streamline hiring processes to ensure efficient recruitment and selection of potential employees.• Foster strong employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage and process HR-related tasks.• Oversee and manage benefit functions to ensure employees are properly compensated and benefits are appropriately distributed.• Utilize Ceridian and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to enhance HR functions and improve efficiency.• Maintain strong communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth operations.• Manage the HCM (Human Capital Management) to effectively handle HR-related data and processes.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
