What we need to see:
(preferred) Experience using iCIMS and Dayforce
Previous experience with Application Systems Support:
- Configuration changes
- Compliance, privacy, and data security
- Technical support
- Documentation
Data Management experience:
- Discretion regarding access to and reporting of sensitive data
- Permission management
Business Analysis experience:
- Documentation
- User acceptance testing
- Ability to express technical concepts to non technical users
Project management experience
Quality assurance experience
Working knowledge of SQL queries and ITIL and ITSM methodologies
