Our client, an industry leading company is seeking an HR Manager due to a promotion. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the company, with a focus on benefits administration, recruiting, federal laws, employee relations. Our client has a great culture and room for advancement.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s benefits programs, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans. Oversee the open enrollment process, ensuring timely and accurate communication and enrollment for employees.
- Lead the open enrollment process for benefits, working with employees to ensure they understand their options, and resolving any issues or questions that may arise.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure that the company complies with all state and federal regulations. Serve as the point of contact for employees and insurance carriers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations issues. Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead recruitment efforts for open positions, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and new employee onboarding.
- Ensure that all HR practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and implement any necessary changes to company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment or similar industry
- Strong HRIS experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, workers' compensation, FMLA, and employee relations
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
