This team is tenured!Immigration Attorney ResponsibilitiesHandle business immigration cases, focusing on EB-1, EB-2, and National Interest Waivers.Manage E-, L- level work related to immigration.Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their immigration matters.Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient handling of all matters.Stay updated with changes in immigration law and adapt strategies accordingly.Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive immigration services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Ensure all client records and applications are processed and maintained accurately.Compensation:Salary up to $140kYear-end bonusesProfit sharing – kicks in after 24 months with the firm Medical is covered entirely for the employee 401kOnsite parking
