Responsibilities Include
- Draft, review, negotiate agreements including, acquisition documents, confidentiality agreements/NDAs, letters of intent, leases, commercial contracts with suppliers, service agreements.
- Handle corporate formation and maintenance across the US including business licenses and related filings.
- Support board/shareholder meetings and corporate filings.
- UCC filings and maintenance.
- Assist with global corporate governance/compliance activities.
- Provide acquisition support, including due diligence on legal and regulatory matters and board/shareholder meetings and corporate filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
- 3 years corporate paralegal experience in a mid to large law firm or in house legal department (in house background strongly preferred)
- Strong contracts and contract management experience including redlining documents.
- Excellent organization with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
