Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice on franchise law and commercial contracts related matters
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Manage legal disputes and litigation
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations
- Act as a point of contact for all legal issues within the company
- Collaborate with the other departments to ensure the legal safety of the company
- Work on special projects as assigned by the management
- Provide legal training to the company's departments when necessary.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- A strong background in Franchise Law is required.
- Proficiency in handling Commercial Contracts is necessary.
