What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-House Counsel position at Robert Half?
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a booming real estate company, seeking an in-house counsel to manage litigation. This attorney will join a growing legal department defending elder abuse, medical malpractice, and / or negligence claims.
This is not a corporate in-house counsel job; the attorney will be expected to role up their sleeves and handle litigation from an in-house perspective.
Keys / Must-Haves :
- Experience litigating elder abuse cases, or a similar practice area.
- Experience handholding outside counsel, reporting into senior leadership about cases (“this is where the case is at, this is the settlement proposal”) during weekly meetings.
- An aggressive litigator mentality.
- Willing to work onsite near Downtown San Diego most days.
- CA bar license.
