Robert Half is partnering with an established insurance company looking to fill in-house attorney positions that are open to experience levels from newly barred to 8 year attorneys!
Newly barred attorneys will be trained on defending a litigation caseload of auto accident cases. Lots of opportunity to go to trial!
Experienced attorneys will be given a caseload to run autonomously and with huge bonus potential - there are bonuses for going to trial!
Responsibilities of Role :
- Manage caseload from A-Z.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses.
- Draft reports and provide file analysis to carrier, client.
- Take cases to trial.
