- What We're Looking For :
- 3-5 years of experience in L2 Support and providing top-notch service to end-users and executives.
- Experience with Service NOW ticketing systems
- Expertise in supporting M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, and Intune (MDM).
- Knowledge of Azure Services (like Entra, Virtual Desktop or AVD) and Hybrid AD.
- Experience with vendor management.
- A polished professional who can naturally lead and inspire as there is room for growth in the future
- What You'll Do :
- Dive into handling Level 2 tickets in our fast-paced environment.
- Manage our Microsoft ecosystem, including O365 products like Intune, MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, on-prem AD (Hybrid), and Azure Services.
- Network troubleshooting for remote users (checking connectivity, network diagnosis, ability to identify and resolve common network issues quickly.
- Address escalated tickets and executive / VP requests with a friendly, helpful approach.
- Collaborate with our fantastic 3rd party vendors (like Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
