Instructional Designer

Summary
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to lead the development of engaging and impactful training materials. This role focuses on creating content that supports learning and behavior change across various formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and job aids. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design methodologies, e-learning development, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, participant guides, handouts, and digital learning content.
- Create interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure behavioral outcomes to improve learning programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment of training content.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to optimize content delivery.
- Continuously enhance learning materials based on user feedback and performance data.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience designing and implementing both in-person and digital training programs.
- Ability to manage projects from ideation through execution under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for developing effective learning experiences.
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 40/hr to 44/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
