Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an Interim Financial Reporting Manager for a 3 contract position. The Interim Financial Reporting Manager will take full ownership of quarterly 10-Q filings, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and submission of all required financial reports for a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with advanced Excel, Workiva, and NetSuite, along with a deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP standards.Responsibilities:• Take ownership of the preparation, review, and submission of quarterly 10-Q filings and annual 10-K filings (Source: SG25 US Administrative and Customer Support.docx).• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and compliant reporting in alignment with SEC regulations.• Oversee the preparation of external financial statements and related disclosures, ensuring completeness and precision.• Validate and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, such as GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley.• Partner with accounting, investor relations, and legal teams to collect and verify information for quarterly filings.• Manage interactions with external auditors and ensure proper documentation and compliance during audits• Operate and manage reporting processes via Workiva and NetSuite to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy.• Fully leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data validation and detailed analysis.
