A client based in Secaucus, NJ is currently seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their group on a contract-basis. The Inventory Analyst will ensure accuracy of inventory levels, analyze inventory variances, support monthly close activities, participate in cycle counts, and prepare financial statements. Additional responsibilities will include reconciling perpetual inventory, analyzing cost by unit, tracking inventory trends, and researching variances. The ideal Inventory Analyst will have a minimum of 3 years' recent experience working as an Inventory Analyst or Inventory Accountant, will be proficient with SAP and Excel, and will have worked in the consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or wholesale/distribution sectors.
