Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process quotes and enter them into our computer system.
- Regularly check stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
- Liaise with vendors for pricing and delivery details.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our computer system.
- Ensure efficient warehouse inventory management.
- Generate detailed inventory reports as required.
- Use your strong mathematical skills to accurately manage supply inventory.
- Proficient in inventory tracking and management systems
- Capable of producing detailed inventory reports
- Experience in supply inventory control in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory procedures and protocols
- Knowledge of healthcare supplies and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills for effective inventory management
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive in identifying potential inventory issues and proposing solutions
- Strong communication skills to liaise with different departments regarding inventory needs
- Proficiency in using inventory software and technologies
- Physical stamina to handle goods and supplies in a warehouse setting
- Attention to detail to prevent inventory errors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adherence to all health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, hospitals, and social assistance environments.
