Our client is a renowned Invesment Management firm in the Boston area looking for an Investment Operations professional.
The Investment Operations team is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational functions related to direct public market activities. This role involves overseeing timely and accurate trade processing, position maintenance, and the smooth execution of daily trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations. Additionally, the team handles cash flow funding and reconciliation for external fund and private investments to ensure efficient operational support. A key part of the role is leading a small team while supervising a fund administrator for back and middle office functions. This position emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and support to trading teams for direct market activities. Expertise in diverse asset classes, operational systems, and a commitment to high-quality outputs are critical to success in this role.
Ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience working with different instruments such as Equities, OTC, Swaps, Futures etc.
