KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage the investor database within Juniper Square, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee investor contributions, distributions, capital calls, and fund transfers with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and distribute investor statements, financial reports, and capital account summaries.
- Reconcile investor transactions, ensuring alignment with financial records and banking statements.
- Collaborate with the finance and investment teams to support fund administration and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation, K-1s, and investor correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
- Address investor inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and financial reporting.
- Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Continuously improve investor accounting processes and recommend system enhancements within Juniper Square.
- Stay informed of industry trends, investment structures, and regulatory updates affecting investor accounting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Accounting Expertise – 2-5 years of experience in investment accounting, real estate finance, or fund administration.
- Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial reporting, and fund administration.
- Analytical Thinker – Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide data-driven insights.
- Software Proficiency – Experience with Juniper Square, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Detail-Oriented – High level of accuracy in managing investor records and financial transactions.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with investors and internal stakeholders.
- Education & Certification – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
