We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager in San Antonio, Texas. This role revolves around managing the IT infrastructure, overseeing network security, and leading IT operations for our organization. As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in driving IT modernization initiatives, managing cybersecurity, and leading a high-performing IT support team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the performance and security of wired and wireless network infrastructure across various locations.
Lead the implementation and management of network monitoring tools, firewalls, failover mechanisms, and security controls.
Propel IT infrastructure modernization initiatives, including the adoption of cloud technologies and automation.
Oversee the internal IT operations and helpdesk, ensuring the timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Manage procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
Develop and enforce IT policies related to data security, access control, and compliance.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the organization meets regulatory and security best practices.
Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, and data protection strategies.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT tools for employee collaboration, enterprise communications, and productivity.
Collaborate with the Global IT team to define and implement IT strategy and infrastructure improvements.
Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and technology optimizations.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a requirement for this position
Experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary for this role
Applicants must have hands-on experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of Dell Technologies is essential
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required
Experience with Active Directory is a key requirement for this role
Applicants need to have experience in Auditing
Knowledge of Backup Technologies is a must for this job
Proficiency in Computer Hardware is necessary
Experience in Configuration Management is required
Network Security skills are a must for this role
Applicants must have a good understanding of ITSM
Endpoint Security skills are a major requirement for this job
