Description
We are seeking an IT Manager specialized in the Oil & Gas industry, who will be based in Midland, Texas. The IT Manager will be responsible for various tasks including the design and maintenance of infrastructure and cloud solutions, development of 24/7 helpdesk capabilities, and management of technology resilience plans.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain infrastructure and cloud solutions to support both corporate and field employees and assets.
Enable scale and speed of technology solutions through the design of enterprise Hybrid Cloud architecture.
Establish a 24/7 helpdesk to respond efficiently and cost-effectively to technology impacts.
Develop and manage technology resilience plans to ensure seamless operations during business interruptions.
Oversee multi-state field assets and support teams.
Aid in Microsoft Teams collaboration capabilities when required, including third party customers and suppliers.
Uphold Cybersecurity and Internal Audit controls to attain corporate expected compliance and risk management.
Harness business value from technology by creating a forward-looking roadmap of technology innovation.
Requirements
Proficient in Cloud Technologies, with ability to implement and maintain cloud-based systems.
Experience with Active Directory, enabling efficient management of network resources.
Demonstrated knowledge in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity.
Familiarity with Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Configuration Management to maintain system security and performance.
Solid knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Expertise in Cyber Security, with the ability to develop and implement security protocols.
Familiarity with Audit Standards, with the ability to conduct and manage IT audits.
