We are offering an exciting opportunity in Cedar Springs, Michigan for an IT Manager. The selected candidate will be part of a team focused on managing and optimizing the use of various technologies within our operations. This role is within the technology industry and will be based in a dynamic workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and management of Cisco and Cloud technologies.
Ensure the effective use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Administer and manage the Active Directory.
Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
Manage and optimize backup technologies and configuration management processes.
Supervise the use and administration of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Manage the product lifecycle and contribute to infrastructure management.
Design and implement an effective infrastructure architecture.
Lead and manage the IT team effectively.
Develop and maintain application roadmaps to guide future technology decisions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar IT Management role.
Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies is needed.
Expertise in SAP and/or Epicor.
Experience with Active Directory is required.
Familiarity with Auditing procedures is important.
Proficiency in Backup Technologies is needed.
Knowledge of Office 365 is important.
Expertise in Azure Active Directory is crucial.
Familiarity with Power BI is important.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is needed.
Proficiency in Infrastructure Management is a must.
Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure Architecture is needed.
Experience in Team Management is required.
Familiarity with Application roadmaps is important.
